FROM RESEARCH TO SEEDS ...
Two researchers, one of whom is an expert on plant variety development and plant diseases, the other is an expert on plant breeding and plant physiology, brought together their knowledge and experience and set out to serve our esteemed farmers.
Researchers working at Eskişehir Geçit Kuşağı Agricultural Research Institute for many years attended many conferences and meetings both in Turkey and abroad, after studying at home and abroad. They wrote research results and articles in dozens of domestic and foreign scientific journals. They worked with local and foreign experts from universities and research institutes. They worked as trainers in many training programs for young engineers and farmers. They gave lectures at the university and conveyed all their experience and knowledge to prospective engineers. They produced and carried out many national and international projects and made an effort to put them into practice. They conducted research on many subjects such as irrigation, fertilization, plant density, plant diseases and pests in the field of plant breeding. They contributed as researchers and project leaders in the development of many varieties.
Now, these two researchers, who take young engineers and sample farmers with them to serve our esteemed farmers, have started their activities to produce the seeds of the varieties they have developed themselves and the varieties developed by other institutions. They came to solve all the problems of farmers not only with seed production but also with plant production.

VISION MISSION
Plant variety development and plant diseases specialist Dr. Necmettin Bolat and plant breeding and plant physiology expert Dr. Cemal Çekiç brought together their knowledge and experience and came together at NBC Agriculture and Consultancy Company to serve our esteemed farmers and to produce quality seeds at the same time.
Founded in 2011, NBC TARIM entered the seed sector by focusing on quality and reliable seed production without making any concessions. The state-of-the-art enterprise processes, disinfects and packs the seeds it produces with the model farmers in the region with the contracted production model in its own facilities. It produces original and certified seeds of wheat, barley, triticale, chickpea and other plant species by choosing the varieties that best adapt to the region.
In addition to its quality seed production studies, the company obtained a private sector researcher establishment certificate in 2014 with its expert researchers, who reveal their experience in research, and carries out research and new variety development activities to solve the problems faced by the producers. In addition, NBC TARIM provides consultancy services to our esteemed farmers by combining the results of its researches on different subjects with the opinions of its experienced experts and offers solutions for all the problems you encounter during production. OUR TEAM
He has been involved in many projects as a researcher and head of the department on Wheat Breeding and Wheat Diseases for more than 30 years at the Crossover Agricultural Research Institute. After completing his master's degree on Wheat Diseases at Minnesota University, USA, he completed his doctorate in the Department of Field Crops at Uludağ University. It contributed to the development and registration of 14 bread wheat, 4 durum wheat, 3 barley and 2 triticale varieties. He led 2 TUBITAK projects on "Yellow Rust Disease in Wheat" and "Nematode Damage in Cereals". He retired in 2012 and continues to work on wheat improvement in our company.
He has been involved in research projects as a researcher and head of department in the fields of Argonomy and Plant Physiology at the Transitional Zone Agricultural Research Instıtute for many years. He completed his master's degree on Wheat Physiology at Kansas State University, USA, and completed his PhD on Wheat Physiology at Ankara University. He led TÜBİTAK projects on "Drought Resistance" and "Spring Nitrogen Fertilization in Wheat". He retired in 2012 after 26 years of researcher. He continues to work on argonomy and plant physiology in NBC Tarım.
